Is Plenova Labs recognised by FSSAI or QCI as an HRAA?+

This V1 website does not claim that status. Plenova is presented as an independent hygiene-readiness, assessment and technology provider. If formal recognition is granted later, the claim should be published with verifiable scope and validity details.

Is a Plenova assessment an official FSSAI Hygiene Rating?+

No. A private Plenova readiness review or assessment must not be treated as an FSSAI licence, official Hygiene Rating or government certification.

What businesses can enquire?+

Restaurants, cafés, quick-service outlets, bakeries, sweet shops, catering operations and multi-outlet food businesses can enquire. Final scope depends on the service and applicable requirements.

Do we need to create an account?+

No. Version 1 uses a simple enquiry form. A portal can be introduced later if ongoing records, evidence and audit history justify it.

What happens after I submit the form?+

Plenova receives the information, reviews your stated needs and contacts you to clarify scope and the appropriate next step.

Does a rating guarantee that food is always safe?+

No. Any rating reflects a defined assessment at a point in time and within a stated scope. It cannot guarantee that no future lapse or illness will occur.

How is consumer research used?+

It informs problem framing and product direction. The findings are self-reported and should be read with the methodology limitations shown on the Research page.

Can Plenova help us prepare for an official process?+

Plenova may be able to support readiness and operational improvement. Any official audit or rating must follow the applicable scheme rules and be conducted by an eligible, authorised party.
